Our seamstress will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment. It is not possible to cancel the order. Please make a careful decision.
2: Returns or changes must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the order.
3: We offer 100% refund only for parts in the products which are defective or sent by mistake. If you want to return or change the items by yourself by mistake or subjective case, the buyer will bear the back and forth postage.
