We accept 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before you need to return it.

1: We don't accept any return or change for the customize products or the cross-dressing costume, customize product is special for your point and condition, we can't resell it, but if there is any quality problem, please contact us, we will fix it. Our seamstress will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment. It is not possible to cancel the order. Please make a careful decision.
2: Returns or changes must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the order.
3: We offer 100% refund only for parts in the products which are defective or sent by mistake. If you want to return or change the items by yourself by mistake or subjective case, the buyer will bear the back and forth postage.
