Our cancellation policy:
This policy covers clothing, shoes, wigs, props or other accessories.
1. Orders canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation: You can get a full refund.
2. More than 24 hours after payment confirmation: Please contact us before you want to cancel your order.
3. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
4. Since the payment institution will deduct a handling fee for each order and will not return the handling fee when the refund is made, the following cancellations will be subject to a 10% handling fee:
A. The customer cancels the order due to his/her own reasons, including incorrect recipient name, address and phone number.
B. The customer cancels the order without reason.
C. The customer purchases an item that cannot be purchased separately in the product list (such as a custom project, please read the product description) and is unwilling to purchase the jumpsuit body that needs to be matched.
5. Sometimes some items will be sold out, we will contact you via email to cancel your order, if you have not replied us or our email was refused, your order will be canceled after 48 hours.

Step-by-Step Return Process:Step 1: Email us at info@myscrys.com with your return request. Please describe the problem you encountered and provide clear photos of the product.
Step 2: If approved, you'll get a return address via Email.
Step 3: Please return the packages within the 30-days return policy when you received it. If it exceeds 30 days, we will assume that you have given up the return and exchange service. Please return it with trackable shipping ways.
Step 4: We will arrange a refund or exchange within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your packages. The time of receiving funds varies by bank (2-7 business days).
Refund Policy:Before shipment1. Cancellation within 12 hours of payment: You can get full refund, but 5% handling fee will be deducted (the payment company will deduct a handling fee for each order).
2. Cancellation after 12 hours of payment: 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
Returns Policy
We accept 14 days return policy for all customers, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before you need to return it.
Please follow these steps:
1: Please contact our customer service via email support@coscrew.com after receiving the package, describe the problem and provide more than 3 clear photos of the product you received. We will determine whether a return/exchange is possible based on the information you provide.
2: If the return request passes, we will send the return address by Email, please return the product in its original condition within two weeks of delivery. Shipping method have to be airmail provided by local post office only. We are not responsible for return shipping costs and the customs fees, which need to be borne by the customer.
3: After we received and checked the returned package which need to be in its original condition, we will arrange the refund or exchange within 3 working days (weekends and holidays excluded).
Please note:
1: We don't accept any return or exchange for the customize products or the cross-dressing costume, customize product is special for your point and condition, we can't resell it, but if there is any quality problem, please contact us, we will resend a new one.
2: About cancel order: We will process your order within 24 hours, so it is not possible to cancel the order after 24 hours, please make a careful decision. We will update the tracking number to your order, and you will receive the email with the tracking number, this means we are fulfilling your order but does not mean your order has been shipped out. If it need to be customized, our seamstress will start to customize it within 2 days after your payment.
3: Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping costs and the customs fees (if needed) of return should be borne by the customer.
4: We offer 100% refund only for parts in the products which are defective or sent the wrong item. If you want to return or exchange the items by yourself by mistake or subjective case, the buyer will bear the back and forth postage.
5: Please do not refuse the package. Once the package is refused, it will be returned to the processing center. The post office need to take a long time to process the package, so we may wait for a long time to receive the returned package, or it may be lost during returning. We can only make the refund after we receive the package.
6: Since wholesale orders are different from retail orders, the return and refund policy on the website does not apply to wholesale orders. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on all of the wholesale orders . If there are quality problems, we will send new goods.
