MEASURE YOUR PERFECT SHOES SIZE
1. Stand on a level floor with your heel up against the wall.
2. Draw a mark at the end of your longest toes.
3. Measure the distance between the wall and the mark.That will be your foot length
4. For insole length, just add an additional 0.5cm - 1cm to your measured foot length.
