Wig Clean and Care:
1. The wig doesn't need to be washed frequently but cares and maintain it regularly
2. Smooth and tidy wig before putting them into water
3. Wash and care using a little mild shampoo in cold water
4. Clean cold water to rinse it again and towel to blot up the water
5. And then hang and dry it naturally

1. All synthetic fiber wigs happen to minimize shedding and tangling which is normal. Please take care of washing and maintenance
2. If you think bangs and hair are too long, please freely trim according to your favorite length
3. Please understand, according to the display settings and room lighting, the color may be slightly different from the actual color
4. The size may vary depending on the measurement method, with an error of 1cm to 3cm
5. If you want to iron it, do not exceed 80 degrees, then slowly pull down
6. Normally the standard shipping time need 7-15 days.

    Returns Policy

    We accept 14 days return policy for all customers, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before you need to return it.

    Please follow these steps:

    1: Please contact our customer service via email support@coscrew.com after receiving the package, describe the problem and provide more than 3 clear photos of the product you received. We will determine whether a return/exchange is possible based on the information you provide.

    2: If the return request passes, we will send the return address by Email, please return the product in its original condition within two weeks of delivery. Shipping method have to be airmail provided by local post office only. We are not responsible for return shipping costs and the customs fees, which need to be borne by the customer.

    3: After we received and checked the returned package which need to be in its original condition, we will arrange the refund or exchange within 3 working days (weekends and holidays excluded).

    Please note:

    1: We don't accept any return or exchange for the customize products or the cross-dressing costume, customize product is special for your point and condition, we can't resell it, but if there is any quality problem, please contact us, we will resend a new one. 

    2: About cancel order: We will process your order within 24 hours, so it is not possible to cancel the order after 24 hours, please make a careful decision. We will update the tracking number to your order, and you will receive the email with the tracking number, this means we are fulfilling your order but does not mean your order has been shipped out. If it need to be customized, our seamstress will start to customize it within 2 days after your payment.

    3: Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping costs and the customs fees (if needed) of return should be borne by the customer. 

    4: We offer 100% refund only for parts in the products which are defective or sent the wrong item. If you want to return or exchange the items by yourself by mistake or subjective case, the buyer will bear the back and forth postage.

    5: Please do not refuse the package. Once the package is refused, it will be returned to the processing center. The post office need to take a long time to process the package, so we may wait for a long time to receive the returned package, or it may be lost during returning. We can only make the refund after we receive the package.
