Shipping Policy:

Your orders will be processed within 24 hours. It usually takes 7-10 business days to make your cosplay costume and customized order after the payment. Other items will be shipped within approximately 3 business days. The shipping time is: standard shipping / 7-14 working days, fast express shipping: 3-7 working days. Please note the shipping time don't includ the handing time or the manufacturing time. 

We adjust the transportation plan according to the global logistics situation and the delivery capacity of different countries around the world. In some cases, you may not be able to choose free shipping or fast express shipping. If you have special transportation requirements, please contact us via email: support@coscrew.com

The delivery time depends on the shipping company. In the event of force majeure, the transport time may be longer. Force majeure factors include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, logistical tensions due to shopping seasons, major epidemics (such as COVID-19), etc. In case of force majeure, we do not provide compensation shipping fees or guarantee the shipping time. If the goods are lost, please contact us in time, we will try our best to solve the problem.
